  Notes	He suffered the unfortunate and humiliating experience of being jailed in Mexico because he was carrying cashmere sweaters he purchased in British Honduras back for sale in the U.S.  On his return flight, the plane crashed in Mexico and the Mexican government said the sweaters were contraband, holding him in jail for 15 months before he could even get a hearing.  A search plane from the U.S., looking for his plane, crashed with all nine aboard killed.
