She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Francis Cloud; son, Paul Edward Tucker and a sister, Geraldine Seale. Barbara is survived by her husband of 69 wonderful years, Loy Tucker; children, Thomas Tucker, Daniel Tucker, Joan Elizabeth (Eric) Wigle, and William Tucker; 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; sister, Belinda Joyce (Ted) Garrison; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 12 (noon) till 1 pm on Saturday, October 24, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Graveside services for Barbara will follow at 1 pm on Saturday, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
