CHARLES B. CLOUD, a chemical engineer, son of Charles E. Cloud of Brooklyn, died yesterday in Hillcrest Hospital in Pittsfield, Mass., at the age of 31, of spinal meningitis, contracted while working in a nitric acid factory during the war. He was a graduate of Columbia University.
