  Notes	- Harriet's obituary appeared in the "Eugene Daily Guard" 6 Dec 1921. It states     "The death of Mrs. Harriet E. Wassom (sic) occurred here on Saturday afternoon about 4: 30.  The deceased was born in McDonough Co., IL on Sept 12, 1843 and came to Oregon from Warren Co, IL in 1888.  The deceased who has lived in the Harrisburg vicinity for many years leaves 4 sons and 2 daughters, all of whom are in the city at the present for attendance at the funeral.  Services were held Monday morning at 10: 30 at the M.E. Church here, the Rev.  F. Audley Browne officiating.  Interment will take place in the City View cemetery at Salem, OR".
