Monroe on 25 Dec 1843, 68 acres; from Bayliss Cloud est. 30 Jul 1869.  He sold land to George T. Hudson 14 Jan 1874, 53 1/2 acres.  He sold 80 acres to Ames D. Krewson on 4 Sep 1866; 59 acres to William Wormsley on 4 Sep 1876; 40 acres to Ann Cassaday 22 Dec 1877; 1/2 acre to Trustee Harrison.
      He bought land from Elkanah Hathaway 30 Sep 1845 and 7 Nov 1845.
