Notes	- Sarah and W.W. moved to Lampasas County and settled in the McCreaville Community. Their home was adjacent to the home of her daughter Exer and her husband Thomas Jefferson ?Tom? Seale. In her seventies Sarah became a victim of Alzheimers and when her health deteriorated to the point that she required continuous care, she moved in with Exer and Tom. That was in February 1913. She had a hard time remembering things and how to do things. Someone always had to be with her. If she had gone outside by herself and wondered away, she would not have been able to find her way home. Sarah liked to back up to the fireplace and raise her dress to warm her legs. If someone hadn?t watched her, she would had likely gotten too close to the flames and burnt herself or caught her dress on fire. Sarah died on May 2, 1917, at the age of 81. One of the people at her bedside on the day she died was her sister Emily Catherine [Cloud] Jones. Emily and her husband Henry had moved to Lampasas at the same time as Tom and Exer. Emily?s great grandson Wendell Jones and Sarah?s great great grandson Jim Boyd were classmates at school in Lampasas. They graduate together in 1953, never knowing that they were related. Sarah and W.W. had four children: John F., Sam Houston, Wesley and Satira. I don?t know much about these children. John F. Berry lived in Glasscock County in 1915. Sam Houston lived in Burnet County in 1915. Satira married O.L. Northcross. They lived in Collingsworth in 1915. Jim Boyd 7/2005 Death IndexSource: Book 1, Burnet County Courthouse.
