Malcolm Webb officiating.  Burial will be in the Bennett Cemetery, Otis. Mrs. Downey, 42, of Pineville died Monday, Sept. 2, 1996, in Huey Pl Long regional Medical Center.  Friends may call from noon until time of service today in the funeral home. Serevice for Linda Downey were at 10 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Rush, Pineville.  Burial was in New Hackberry Cemetery, Hackberry.  Pallbearers wer Bill Bonstill, Jason Feeter, Ben Baker, David Durhin and Joseph Giroir.
